Accounts payable & approvals
An agent that reads incoming invoices, codes them to the right GL accounts, routes them for approval and syncs them to accounting. Stop keying invoices in twice.

What we build
Most businesses don't need a giant AI platform. They need one agent that reads the invoices, or one internal app that replaces a spreadsheet three people edit at once. That's the kind of custom AI app development small businesses actually get value from, and it's what we build.
An agent that reads incoming invoices, codes them to the right GL accounts, routes them for approval and syncs them to accounting. Stop keying invoices in twice.
Sorts a busy inbox by urgency, flags the messages that need a personal reply and drafts the routine ones. Nothing goes out without a person approving it.
Pulls numbers from the systems you already use into one view, scores performance against your goals and turns misses into action items.
Links budgets to actual spending in near real time and flags vendor overruns while there is still time to do something about them.
Intake forms, approval workflows, client onboarding checklists and reporting layers that sit on top of your practice or property management system.
Connects Microsoft 365, Outlook and the other business tools you rely on, so your team stops copying the same data from one screen to another.
Try it · agent builder
Pick what kicks it off, what it should do and whether a person signs off. This is a simplified version of the first conversation we have with every client about custom AI agents for business.
When a new email lands in your shared inbox, the agent reads it, writes a short summary and drafts a reply in your voice. Then it stops and waits: a person on your team reviews and approves before anything is sent, saved or paid.
// Real builds connect to your actual systems, run behind Microsoft 365 sign-in where it applies, and keep an audit trail of every step.
How a build runs
We build in short sprints. Each one ends with something you can click, so feedback happens while it's cheap to change course. How many sprints a project takes depends on the problem; the rhythm doesn't.
One problem, the first version, the connections, how we'll measure it.
The core works on sample data. You click through it.

Guardrails, not afterthoughts
Most AI projects get bolted onto a business by people who won't be around when something breaks. We're the opposite: we've run managed IT and cybersecurity for Tampa Bay businesses for more than 16 years, so the boring safety parts are built in from the first sprint.

Why a local builder
There's no shortage of people selling AI. What's rare is a team that can build the thing and answer the phone when it needs a tweak six months later. ShowTech has been the IT department for small and mid-sized businesses across Tampa, St. Pete and Clearwater for more than 16 years. Our AI development work grew out of that: clients kept asking us to fix the process, not just the computer.
Built by ShowTech. Used by ShowTech. We build and run our own AI agents and internal apps to run our own business. We don't recommend anything to you that we haven't lived with ourselves, including the parts that didn't work the first time.
That background matters for business process automation in Tampa Bay. An agent that touches your inbox, your accounting system or your client records is part of your IT environment. It needs sign-in rules, monitoring, updates and someone to call. When we build custom internal tools with AI, they go into the same support you already trust, not into a folder nobody remembers.
We also tend to talk people down. Often the honest answer to "should we build an AI platform?" is "let's build one smaller app that fixes Tuesday afternoons for your bookkeeper." Start there, prove it, then decide what's next.
